Ashkelon Rentals is affiliated with David Zwebner of Ashkelon Properties, a division of Infosat Financial Services Ltd. 

David started his real estate career with Anglo Saxon Real Estate, where he worked from 1971 to 1973. Ashkelon Properties was founded to answer the need for an English-speaking real estate company in the Ashkelon area. David has represented hundreds of satisfied buyers and sellers and is known in Ashkelon as the “go-to person” for buyers and sellers. His dedication to the city lead him to write, The Founding of Modern Ashkelon and as a registered tour guide, understands and teaches others about the history of the city and the Ashkelon National Park.

With the tremendous growth of Ashkelon over the last 10 years, many English speakers have found their way to the city in search of rentals. With so many people looking to locate in the desirable Afridar and Marina areas, rentals quite often go through complicated Hebrew website, complete with phishing and outdated ads.
